Savi Ranch is the commercial heart of Yorba Linda.
The 175-acre master-planned commercial district sits immediately adjacent to the SR-91 Freeway in north Orange County, annexed into the City in 1982 on what had been agricultural land owned by the Savi family. Over the decades it built out into the city’s primary job center and retail destination, and today it generates approximately 60 percent of Yorba Linda’s sales tax revenue.

Within that district, Silverado Holdings’ principals developed the 32-acre retail center anchored by Home Depot and Best Buy, in partnership with Hillman Properties. The freeway-adjacent power center sits at the SR-91 and Weir Canyon interchange, Yorba Linda’s only direct connection to a major Orange County freeway, pairing high visibility with the access that anchor-grade national retail requires.

Anchored retail of this caliber compounds in value as the surrounding district densifies around it. In 2015, Yorba Linda’s City Council adopted a Land Use and Mobility Plan framework that opened Savi Ranch’s long-term trajectory to biotech R&D, mixed-use commercial, and residential overlays, extending the runway of a corridor the principals helped establish. It is the kind of patient, well-located retail work that municipal economies are built on, the discipline that has defined the work of Silverado Holdings’ principals across Southern California.
