When you work with Silverado Holdings, you work with the people who built it. The principals lead every engagement directly and stay with it from the first conversation through long-term stewardship. The team executes alongside them at every phase. The partners stay accountable at every one.
In practice, it means diligence runs faster, terms read cleaner, and the partner accountable on day one is still accountable on day 1,000. Execution, not aspiration.
Mr. Gorman is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Silverado Holdings. With more than 50 years in commercial real estate development, investment strategy, acquisitions, entitlement, design, construction, and long-term asset ownership, he sets the firm’s strategic direction, capital structure, and project posture for its institutional capital partners and Fortune 500 occupiers.
Throughout his career, he has led the delivery of more than 250 million square feet of institutional real estate representing over $30 billion in development value across industrial, manufacturing, logistics, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, residential, entertainment, and master-planned mixed-use projects.
His career began with Boeing Realty, where he supported aerospace and defense development programs, and has since included decades of ownership and executive leadership across general contracting, architecture, and engineering firms nationwide. Brad has partnered with more than 150 Fortune 500 companies and institutional capital leaders including J.P. Morgan, Invesco, Oaktree Capital, Starwood Capital Group, LaSalle Investment Management, W. P. Carey, and Dell Technologies Capital, delivering institutional-quality developments with disciplined execution and long-term value.
Signature projects include the master planned LA Center, a 7 million square foot, $5+ billion mixed-use development, and South Pier at Tempe Town Lake, a 3.2 million square foot, $2+ billion master planned district. From 1982 to 1994, he built and led West Venture LA into one of the region’s largest privately held master planned development platforms, spanning more than 16 million square feet of commercial and mixed-use real estate, through its institutional sale to Lennar in 1994.

A deeply experienced team of investment, development, capital, and operations professionals is on every project, every day. Many bring institutional track records of their own, and each is selected for the same discipline and long-term posture the partners have built the firm on.
