Mr. Perkinson is Managing Principal and President of Silverado Holdings. He leads the firm’s land acquisition, strategic planning, capital formation, and forward-platform initiatives, including the creation and execution of the BizTech Business Parks.
Mr. Perkinson is a real estate executive with more than 15 years of experience in strategic land acquisition, brokerage, development, and investment across the commercial and residential sectors. He has led one of Arizona’s top-performing real estate brokerages and built a reputation for identifying high-value opportunities, assembling strategic land positions, and structuring complex transactions.
A licensed Arizona real estate broker for more than a decade, Daniel has been responsible for more than $1 billion in real estate transactions, including the assembly of approximately 3,500 single-family rental units valued at more than $1 billion across U.S. Sun Belt markets, while helping structure some of the nation’s earliest build-for-rent transactions. His experience also includes more than $750 million in self-storage development and over $200 million in strategic land acquisitions.
Across that body of work, Mr. Perkinson has built a reputation for assembling opportunities, structuring capital, and connecting the relationships that move developments from concept to execution. His leadership posture is rooted in authentic relationships, trust, and long-term vision. At Silverado Holdings, he focuses on building developments that strengthen communities, support entrepreneurs, and create environments where innovation and human potential can take root.
The Perkinson family’s real estate involvement spans multiple generations and more than four decades of brokerage and development practice. That multi-generational connection to the Sonoran Desert and to its real estate fabric is the integrity anchor he carries into every project the firm undertakes.
Mr. Perkinson holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Scurr serves as Chief Financial Officer of Silverado Holdings, leading the firm’s financial operations across its institutional development platform. He oversees capital structure, financial planning and analysis, investor reporting, treasury management, tax strategy, audit and controls, GAAP-compliant real estate accounting, and the financial integration of the firm’s project-level entities into the consolidated platform.
At the project level, Mr. Scurr leads financial underwriting and capital deployment, joint venture financial structuring and waterfall management, lender covenant compliance and quarterly reporting, distribution management for equity partners, returns and IRR reporting to fund partners, and the long-term asset financial reporting that anchors each project’s standing with its institutional capital partners. Mr. Scurr brings a hybrid background spanning commercial real estate finance, brokerage, and construction-side accounting to the role. Earlier in his career, he served as Controller at Cadiente Construction, overseeing financial reporting and budget management across commercial and residential construction projects. He has also served as a Designated Broker at Cresta Commercial Real Estate and as a Registered Representative at KMS Financial Services, where he focused on investment strategies and financial planning.
