§ II · Retail Frontage

The development delivers 160,000 square feet of flex industrial buildings plus 14,000 square feet of retail, a cohesive, high-quality campus with scalable building configurations for a diverse mix of small, mid-sized, and growing businesses. The integrated retail component provides convenient amenities for tenants, employees, and the surrounding community, addressing the limited availability of small- to mid-bay industrial space and the lack of amenity-rich environments in well-located areas, while aligning with the Town of Gilbert’s high quality standards.

The construction is scheduled to break ground in 2027 and reach completion in 2028, generating new jobs, attracting a diverse tenant base, and strengthening Gilbert’s economic position.
