§ II · The Campus
The development delivers approximately 260,000 square feet of modern, high-quality flex industrial space, engineered with adaptable, scalable building configurations for small, mid-sized, and growing businesses. Efficient layouts, updated infrastructure, and a thoughtfully planned campus environment address the critical shortage of small- to mid-bay facilities in the submarket, enhancing usability and tenant appeal in a strategic Southeast Valley location.
