Silverado.ai, LLC and its affiliates (“Silverado,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit silveradoholdings.com and any related pages we operate (the “Site”), or when you contact us or submit a general, partnership, or investor inquiry.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site, through forms made available on the Site, and through communications relating to those submissions. If you proceed into a separate private investment or other relationship with Silverado or an affiliated entity, an additional privacy notice, agreement, or set of offering or subscription documents may apply. Information initially collected under this Policy may be transferred into and used as part of that separate process as described in the applicable notice or documents. To the extent of a conflict concerning information collected through that separate process, the more specific notice or agreement will control. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites linked from the Site. The Site is intended for users located in the United States.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you complete a contact, general inquiry, partnership inquiry, or investor inquiry form, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, job title, and the contents of your message.

Investor inquiries. If you submit an investor inquiry or request investment-related information, we may also collect information relevant to evaluating and responding to your inquiry, such as your investor type (for example, an individual or a family office), your indication of whether you qualify as an accredited investor, your areas of investment interest, and your region. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to determine whether you may be eligible to receive confidential offering materials.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting, content-delivery, security, and other website service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, referring page, and the pages you view. The specific information collected depends on the tools used to operate and protect the Site.

Sensitive information. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site’s forms or by ordinary email. Information of that nature, when needed for a private investment or other separate process, will be collected through appropriate channels and may be governed by an additional privacy notice or agreement.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and maintain the Site; process forms; and prevent fraud and abuse. These technologies may collect the technical information described above. We do not currently use personal information collected through the Site for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not currently sell personal information. We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising or remarketing tags, or social media tracking pixels on the Site. If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law.

Do Not Track and preference signals. Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for interpreting Do Not Track signals, the Site does not currently respond differently to those signals. Because we do not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is currently no sale or sharing to opt out of. If those practices change, we will process legally recognized opt-out preference signals as required by applicable law. Based on the Site’s current configuration, we do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personal information through the Site about users’ online activities over time and across unaffiliated websites for targeted advertising.

Updating your information. You may ask us to update or correct information you submitted through the Site by contacting us using the information in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before making a change.

7. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including secure hosting and website security tools. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If Silverado or a service provider gives you credentials for a separate secure portal or service, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential.

8. Data Retention

We retain each category of personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to and documenting your inquiry, facilitating a transition to a separate process, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and complying with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. In determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which it was collected, legal requirements, and applicable limitation periods. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to legal holds, backup practices, and other lawful exceptions. Information handled through a separate investment or other process may be subject to different retention periods described in the applicable notice or documents.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age through the Site. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address the information.

10. State Privacy Rights

California residents. If you are a California resident, please review our California Privacy Notice, which supplements this Policy and describes our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information about California residents. If and to the extent the CCPA applies to Silverado and your personal information, the California Privacy Notice also describes the rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”). If there is a conflict between this Policy and the California Privacy Notice with respect to personal information covered by the CCPA, the California Privacy Notice will control.

These rights may include the right to confirm whether we process your information; request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain information; opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; appeal a decision concerning a request; and receive equal service and treatment when exercising your rights.

Submitting a request. You may submit a request through our Privacy Request Form or by calling us at 480-841-5225. Please identify your state of residence and describe your request. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent’s authority.

No sale or sharing. We do not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and the California Privacy Notice and provide any notice, link, or choice required by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party website or service you visit.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated.
